Is There a Data Point That's Dynamically Helping Me?
The best way to go toe to toe with anyone is to have the data, right? If you come prepared with the data that when we did this, we had this result, when we changed the behavior here, we got this result. Nothing influences change as much as evidence. And so that's the way we think about it too, whether it's in our AI product itself in terms of how we would guide a conversation on the website or for our team internally. That's what people want and need is like, don't don't give me the chart. Don't give me bullets. Like literally tell me what is next and make a recommendation and then can follow from there.
