There's a theory that anytime we encounter stress and we're sitting in fight or flight, what the body needs is to complete the stress cycle. In your instance, a completion of the stress cycle would have been fighting or exercise. So you're sitting in bed, still pumping. I was doing the opposite, like lying down in bed, peering out the window. The two hours was the wrong shot gun.
