CHAPTER

Why Soup Kitchens Aren't Payable

I went to different soup kitchens around the city to learn as much as i could how they were operating. I realized that all these soup kitchens were run by volunteers, and a lot of them weren't as well organized. And so when we started producing these meals, i was shocked how efficient we were. We were able to produce five thousand meals a day pretty quickly. It plays into this idea that, especially amongst younger people, purpose driven companies organizations are really crucial in consumers making conscious choices about the companies and the businesses that they choose to patronize. For me, really delightful. Went off right as the pendemic started.
