Kamakawi: A Language for Beginners

Kamakawi is a nice introduction to this interesting kind of possessive scheme which occurs all over in the Austronesian languages. He uses serial verb constructions which we don't need to explain here. It's another interesting thing that pops up in languages across the world in various ways. This might be a good introduction for beginning con-langers to see it. David has a very whimsical way of writing things.
