Tips for Fitness, Money, and Life

For fitness, it's kind of new for me. Maybe the past three years or so, I'd say stop training to failure when in the gym. Go outside, nature, the textures you see in nature, the fractal patterns, that stuff is soothing. Don't hate on the safety net; imagine what it would be like if you didn't have it. If you can go analog a little bit, it's really good. Just turn real pages and play.
