The Importance of Nutrition in Training
The training is going to be the most important because that's the ultimate driving stimulus. The nutrition is merely a supportive agent in the sort of the anabolic process. You try to optimize things from an essencey point of view. And then you look at how nutrition can support us. Sometimes it's been done the other way around. So people create these diets like the anabolic diet where they might be doing low carb high fat for five days. But certainly, I've tried in unionism, I think I abandoned it after about a week.
