The Journey to Ayurveda

I started doing traditional Chinese medicine, I started meditating and then I started practicing yoga. And that's when I saw the greatest transformation overall. It really wasn't until I introduced yoga that I was able to get my life back on track. So what happened there? Well, so I studied neuroscience at University of Denver. That was the journey. In that process, I discovered naturopathic medicine. To me, that was a really nice middle point between conventional medicine and these Eastern philosophies.
