The Importance of Naming the Enemy

When all you're trying to do is get a customer as a company and you're spending all this money driving people to a place, that place happens to your website. And so that was the how moment that led to no forms. I started from them filling out a form that maybe they'll get a response in a week, a month, or sometimes months from now. The whole thing seems kind of insane.
