The Role of Non Doing in Self Alignment
I think I was unusual in that I saw in doing the exercise, I saw what the thing was basically immediately. And so it was just the recognition of that and maybe like a soft directional target of like, don't try to do this. So I wonder if you feel like there is a physiological referent or like a nervous system, predisposition you have or something like that. One of my guesses is that it is related to non coercion, which has been my thing since I could talk.
