Why Is It Hard to Find a French Speaker?
Mister rousseau said in an interview with la presse that his entire senior team, other than himself were bilinquble. There are lots of people who live in quebec and across canada who are by lingual. I believe that the last a census put the number at about 18 % of the population as a bilingual. These people learned ostensibly because they knew it would open up all sorts of queer possibilities for them.
