From that space, there is no sense of other. It's a complete experience of non duality. And therefore, when you look out upon another, they are not perceived as other. They are perceived as self. Your life then becomes a spontaneous expression of selfless service for the benefit of others. So it's incredibly powerful. Taking these practices, bringing a light, a light of lucidity with you all the way up into this state, then you can do it the other way.
