How Can You Reward Yourself for Healthy Habits?
How can we take something that maybe has been an emotional trigger in the past and leverage it as a way to help encourage us forward? So for example, i have a favorite podcass that i listen to, and i made it so that i can only listen to that podgas when i'm sitting on my pelaton. You could do it with an audio book. You could even put your favorite t v show on and sit and peddle, or walk place, or use your wrist weights. If you can tie rewards in with immediate results, thing that gives you that quick dopamin hit that we know doesn't last, it can help for you to create these long-term habits
