Meet the guest: Dr. Anthony John (A.J.) Tarpoff earned his B.S., D.V.M., and M.S. in Biomedical Science from Kansas State University. He began his career as a feedlot veterinarian at Alberta Beef Health Solutions, focusing on cattle production medicine and disease mitigation. In 2016, he joined Kansas State University as an Assistant Professor and Beef Extension Veterinarian, later becoming an Associate Professor. His role involves collaborating with industry stakeholders to improve cattle health and productivity.
