A relationship between how much stress you put on your body and how prepared your body was for stress. An imbalance between strain and recovery would signal Overtraining or undertraining or even burnout, which is what we see now. I knew that one day everyone was going to measure their sleep there wasn't a question in my mind of whether or not that was true. We have no idea what happens during a quarter of our lives a sort of a fascinating and bizarre concept So to me again, you know you go back to conviction. It was like a young person on an adventure"
