We're Not Number One on the List for Number Two and Number Three Is Not So Bad
We were able to thread the needle to get out from under their tech we stopped them from poaching and they were actively poaching customers from ISVs. We actually filed a lawsuit against them not on the most solid of grounds perhaps but we had some grounds we thought, so that's one of the key things about selling a business you will disclose absolutely everything there is to disclose and possibly disclose like you will over disclose. It's also kind of a litmus test for business people like are you running a shop clean? You have to keep your house in order if you're going to sell it.
