How to Reduce Range in the Gym

In the gym, for me, I just like to limit the residual fatigue. The other one you look at is trying to reduce that eccentric load completely. You can do sort of a power clean where you're not taking much yielding weight. If you're inclined to do snatches with team sport athletes, then that's probably a little bit harder.
