How to Get Ready for Bed

All of these screens and electronic lights really came into existence about a second ago in terms of evolution. Our brain is supposed to be in the mindset of it's time to work when it's when it's receiving light. When our, well, we see lights, our brain stops producing melatonin. So one of the things that I highly recommend is to turn off all screens somewhere between 60 to 90 minutes before you go into bed.
