The Importance of Cross-Disciplinary Learning as a Researcher
As researchers you need to develop a keen appreciation for other people's feelings and almost like a therapist yeah I think that's very fair one of again as I've become more senior one of the lessons I've taken is the importance of that cross-disciplinary learning. By understanding what people are trying to get done in their own job it allows us to run the right study and ultimately make better things for our users which is our goal.
