The most important skills involved while we want to jump higher are hit harder and move better. The tricky part about the jumping higher is volume that they have in volleyball. I'm a big fan of doing various types of plyometrics from different angles. More variable training reduced markers for ACL injuries, which is a big thing because it's not just about improving your jump but keeping you healthier longer.
