How do you all get involved in that experience strategy design? Because I imagine your clients are maybe trying to do this themselves internally or they've got an ad agency where I would also picture they would think you're maybe trampling on their turf a little bit. Ask that to be kind of an interesting spot for you. How do you guys do it? And then what do you look for in a customer and how you help them? Yeah, so we work with a wide range of companies and they are all what we would call customer led companies or they aspire to become customer led companies. We believe that as I said, it's about promises made and promises kept.
