Training Intensity Distribution

The typical what you see of course is that that they reduce many or most of them maintain kind of the training frequency quite well because I think it's both about maintaining your daily rhythm so you don't lose daily rhythm. You shorten the sessions a bit to kind of have less load and then maintain intensity or sometimes even have a few sessions that are even at higher speeds but very often smart designs of the session so you can can train at race phase or kind of maybe some sessions little bit above.
