Is It Safe to Use DBT Prophylaxis in Hemorrhagic Strokes?

Is it safe to use prophylactic heparin or should we just be using scds in these patients? I feel like I am terrified of giving them like a hemorrhagic conversion because I gave them like a little bit baby dose of heparin. It is recommended that you use dbt prophylaxis um in in stroke patients and that is for both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes.
