Austin: I think physiatrists do a great job with any kind of musculoskeletal complaint and a lot of neurological complaints as well. If the patient usually I try not to get imaging on patients with nonspecific back pain without red flags sometimes if the patient's really not responding well or we've tried some of these conservative things I will get imaging especially if they're wanting to go for injections or considering surgery. Get inappropriate early imaging and inappropriate early medication use if it's not clearly indicated.
