The Importance of Interoception in Selling

I don't think of competition in terms of other sellers or other companies. I know if I show up at my gold standard with all those tasks, those sales reps are not. They have not done that work because nobody's teaching them that work. So to me, it's competing with myself. And so you'll notice I did that exercise when I first started a deal. I'm about to do that exercise again because my skill and my ability has upgraded since I got back into sales.
