Patrick: There's value in doing sessions that are harder. But i find s that are my specific 100 mile perceived exertion, long runs where i practise proper chloric and take to be even more important than 15 by one minute hard. I like to go to a grass field and job for forty five minutes to an hour and not even think about anything other than i am on a dial day back to the effort i would run for a 24 hour race. And that's usually a good place for me as if i think about a recovery run, it's about the same effort that i would running for 24 hours. Those need to be extremely easy, slower than would go in a 24
