The Importance of Resourcefulness in Chronic Pain
I love that we've almost lost touch of thinking of our bodies as amazing as they are. We tend to think if we just let go, do what you want, do what your body wants. It's OK to get some rest and stuff when your body feels free. But it's not going to be forever either. And I think a lot of chronic pain is related to this fear that our body's fragile.
