Diabetic Nephropathy

I have seen progressive protonaria more in my hypertensive patients who are horribly non-compliant, especially during this pandemic. I do follow the Aben-Kratting ratio on those individuals with an initial protein creatinine at initial diagnosis. And also for the questionable hypertensive emergency patients, check a spot for those patients as well to determine how much they're spilling at that point.
