How Successful Was Your First Batch?

Christine: I went to people in my network and said, hey, will you look at our people? And will you tell me, take them through a hiring process. What we found is when everything, all the big companies started doing a lot of those big major layoffs and things like that, we went down market. So it was testing, pricing, essentially packaging and all of those things. Now we can actually help develop people internally in teams as well. We got a note on Monday from one of our candidates. He had 155% to goal. It's just really gratifying to be able to. Just give them that inertia to get them started.
