The Importance of Vitamin D in Your Life
Vitamin D is a storage hormone, it's sort of molecule has a hormone like effect. Evidence that shows in the presence of various micronutrient deficiencies, vitamin D is actually counterproductive to heavy metal toxin storage. If you have a certain, a handful of micronutrients that are deficient and you're over storing a handful of toxins, vitamin D actually is going to exacerbate that problem.
