How to Assess the Movement of Your Joint

There are three things that I think you can get a decent gauge of but you can, the only way to get a gauge of a mid foot. Mid foot is where you have the most options in your movement; if you're too far in your toes, too far inyour heels, you're going to fall forward or backwards. The best athletes will push, the hardest when their weight is on the center of their mid foot and open up the top of our bodies so many good things happen when we're on it.
