natali: What do you like to do for yourself? I don't know. The challenge there, for me, and i bet for a lot of people, is not being actually able to answer that question. We're all busy, two kids, elderly parents, jobs. We all have 15 minutes. Take out a postad note or a piece of paper, and just jot down as many things as you can think of that bring you joy,. Kindness is also compassion, which means somebody does something that's annoying, and instead of flying off the handle, think about how this person might be struggling with something i have no idea about; let me not further the suffering
