I tell everyone to give it a go, but I'd also say that everybody's different and that other people's experiences don't necessarily relate to your own. And you might be a morning person or an evening person, but I think we'll all benefit from giving our gut a rest. You just got to work out the best way for you to do that. It's fighting the commercial machine, the marketing that wants us to be eating all hours of the day. We're going back really to the way that we used to eat, our ancestors used to eat. And it's a journey that everyone needs to take.
