Design can help us understand the end-to-end journey of what our customers are trying to do, whether it be consumer or B2B in a job to be done. My advice to every single product manager is you want to work closely with your design partner. The customer will tell you no, no, no,. there's no way I wouldn't do it that way. All of sudden, you find out a bunch of additional information on how to use another tool and make an even better experience for them. And those are just some examples of how I use design to build products, that will add value."
