Getting to Know the Speakers and the Students in the Undergrad Program

I think the fact there's something very refreshing about hearing that from someone like you, write. I'm not entirely sure that that does send the wrong message to your students. One bit of advice i wish i had been given when i was starting an undergrad would be, don't necessarily stay fixed on one text book just because it was what was assigned to you. There might actually be better books on the topic. That's very good advice. Like the idea that you can prefer your own learning, basically shop around. And so let's say i'm reading some other complex analysis text book. It doesn't work. I pick up steins, you know, i read a gors thats
