How to Set the Mood for Your Day

One of the most common things or habits that we do is to look at our phones first thing in the morning. What a lot of people don't know is that whatever our brain looks at or sees or reads, the first seven seconds when you wake up is what's going to stick with you for the entire day. This is super unfair to you because why would you let something on social media which you didn't like detonate and set the mood for your day? You should be able to decide that for yourself.
