How to Be Transparent in Your Quarterly Business Review

The one universal thing I see in every QBR deck I review is too much detail for the audience. There's a lack of there's not enough time spent on the story and the story can sound very fluffy but really the story for your quarterly business review started at the beginning of the quarter. And then also not being transparent on wins and losses as much as we would all love to have wins in every single quarter that's not the reality that we live in. So making sure that you are speaking the same language as this audience that you're representing to is just so critical.
