Sally Kohn: Food is the hardest because we have to make choices every single day. She says tracking what you're eating can be a surprising process for people who feel like they don't eat enough. On Sundays, she plans all her meals for the week and loves making dinner with her wife. "It's really focusing on specifically what I eat during the weekdays," said Kohn.
