How Much of a Lift Is Too Much?

When they need someone from that team that we've gotten to know through the process needs a hand with the things that we've laid out for them they're welcome to ask us. We would hold off from any sort of like logging in to anything doing any work on our own and more helping them step through it but it kind of depends on the client as to even when this three month starts this three month phase starts. It was whether or not they actually need our help to do that thing or if they can do it on their own.
