How to Start a Beginner's Run

Don't go too hard to where you're pushing so hard that you're having some of those limiting cues like we just talked about. Just allow yourself to just run easy for as long as you want, stop and then start again. A good beginning run time is just 20 minutes or 30 minute on our very first day one of our programs.
