The Differences Between Beginner's and Advanced Training Plans

There's a reason to actually be more aggressive, more risky in your training. I feel like I ran several first marathons because it was so long between my first two because I had all these injury issues. The difference here between a beginner and a more advanced runner is that the more advanced runners going to be able to do harder workouts. And you don't necessarily need to do a lot of hard workouts before a marathon as after all the marathon is 99% aerobic.
