I think it's important for us to remember that there are more paths to healing than just being able to talk it out and goodness knows if someone's in a highly traumatized state sometimes they can't talk it out. What do you reach for when talk therapy or mindfulness or deep breathing or just simply not in the cards? I actually really live sound healing and that is another thing that I'm trained in and I find it very powerful because of the tones of the bowls are working with the vibrations off of your body to stimulate you or to relax you.
