The more laser-like your focus, the broader your reach. You need to approach it that way as you can talking to an individual. Sometimes certainty is best because you're trying to persuade someone. But if we don't even understand what certain language is, what counts a certain, what counts is uncertain and ways to express it, I think we cannot use that tool effectively.
