Finding Your Voice
I think my everybody was very loud for a very long time. And recognizing that was really hard, just like you shared. But I think what helped was talking to one or a few friends and letting them know what I was feeling. It's like podcasts, TV shows, interviews, other voices that are outside of that loud one in your mind. You'll start to quiet that one, have others become louder. And then you will, or at least for me, that's when I started finding my voice.
