CrossFit Lethbridge: The Green Machine

Griffith played indoor volleyball growing up, then moved to Australia and started playing beach volleyball. CrossFit Broad Beach drew Griffith because it was a gym that had a shower. He says he's never put on body fat in the weight game but has gotten heavier off-season.
