Naps can be a great way to enhance this kind of rest and restore it restoration. A 20 minute nap was more effective in terms of creating alertness than a grande coffee from Starbucks. Short walks are really good for your body, but also for your mind because those little breaks throughout the day give your mind a chance to recover. Task switching is exactly what it sounds like: You're doing thing for X time then you shift to something Y.
