What Limits Swim Performance for Age Group Triathletes?

As a triathlete you're limited with the amount of time you can put into the swim. The number one limiting factor is fatigue as well so when you are training for those other sports you might come off the bike or off the run pretty fatigued in the legs. I found generally I got a lot tighter through the shoulders my thoracic spine or thoracic mobility was limited too. So there's mobility limitations there too and it's not to say you can't overcome them but I think it just takes a little bit of managing some of those things as well. learning how to swim in the open water well is different to swimming while in the pool.
