Daria: We all have unconscious biases, like those processes in our brain that help us do this. And so we need to slow down our thinking in places where we know bias can have the biggest impact. What are some of the top challenges they face when it comes to doing better and improving in this area? Daria: There's still the just general omagashes dia nice to have but i truly think a lot of retention challenges come back to same inclusion challenges.
