How to Train for a Prolonged Follic Phase

Within your period you're actually more likely to be able to train heavier obviously give or take pain. There's some interesting evidence that says actually training on your period can help with the symptoms of both PMS pre-menstrual syndrome or actual menstrual cramps. It's almost permission to cut yourself a bit of extra slack because it's like your body's working harder anyway so you can take a bit of a step back.
