Do You Have a Morning Routine?

In the morning is my best creative time. So i actually stopped working out in the morning. I wanted to see if just doing the priming and then, well, i'd take my bike wor i walk. And let me tell you, 100 % of the time, a five minute cold shower is cold as hell. The only thing that i could do to myself was laugh at how funny this challenge was,. whill its just freezing water on me. so i'm curious to hear your cold experience.
