Magnus is still quite new in the sport so I also think just like him training consistently for more years will just like automatically improve his endurance. Australian running legend Steve Montagetti says he's never seen a runner that that runs high volume that doesn't eventually start looking like a runner and then I hear Magnus and yourself talk about how you've been increasing your volume 120 130 Ks per week. Do you do any specific drills or technique work to get better at run form?
